My Roles and Responsibilities
As the person responsible for the team managing the activation of the content after Jim’s team has published it, Kim shares a responsibility with many other reviewers to offer feedback and check content for errors as it is being produced.
She will receive new version content from Reyna when it’s ready, sharing thoughts on where it could be improved to increase engagement and resonance. She may also notice and raise with Monika where compliance is in question and where key components such as legal disclaimers, regulatory statements or industry logo certifications are missing.
