International Women’s Day – Hosted by two inspirational women, this event featured a discussion on their career journeys, overcoming obstacles, and the importance of diversity.

Pride Celebration – An interactive session with the founder of ‘Positive about Inclusion’ highlighting her journey and allyship, and Quark pride-themed backgrounds were shared with all employees.

National Inclusion Week – Quark hosted a session with the directors from ‘Positive about Inclusion’ on allyship, equity, diversity, and creating an inclusive workplace.

World Mental Health Day - Mental health resources were shared, and awareness was raised about the importance of mental well-being.

Black History Month – Resources and videos were shared, explaining the significance of the month and stories of inspirational individuals who advocated for change.

International Men’s Day – A panel discussion with two inspiring men focused on men’s mental health, stereotypes, and their personal and professional journeys.

Women at Quark – A group aimed at empowering and supporting female employees through discussions, networking, and shared experiences. 

Quark Engagement Brigade – A group focused on enhancing employee engagement through various activities, initiatives, and events. 

Quark Employee Resource Group – A group at Quark dedicated to fostering a workplace of culture, belonging, and growth, ensuring inclusivity through targeted initiatives and policies. 

Session with Wellbeing Expert – Quark offers sessions with a happiness and wellbeing expert, focusing on topics such as stress management, essentials of sleep, eating, moving and better workplace collaboration.

Healthy Breakfast and Lunch Bar – During wellbeing week, Quark provides nutritious breakfast/lunch options to boost energy levels.

Yoga Session – Virtual desk and regular yoga sessions offered during wellbeing week, for relaxation, flexibility, and posture support.

Step Challenges – Quark encourages everyone to stay active with fun, company-wide step competitions.

Fitness Sessions – Employees enjoy various fitness sessions such as Zumba and HIT workouts, to get everyone moving and engaged.

Wellness Kiosk -During the annual wellbeing week, Quark empowers employees with essential first aid skills, checkups, and consultations from doctors and nutritionists.

Any Body Can Donate (ABCD) Charity (India) – Support local primary school in India with resources to enhance student learning environment.

VetsFest Charity Event (UK) – Employees organized and volunteered at Wooden Spoon VetsFest 23, co-led by Quark’s CEO.

Toy Wrapping for Charity (UK) – Ensured thousands of children from disadvantaged families received heartfelt Christmas gifts.

Christmas Jumper Day (Save the Children) – Employees took part to help raise money and awareness for children in need.

Christmas Presents for Orphanage (India, Wish Tree) – Employees fulfilled childrens’ Christmas wishes, providing them with gifts.

Charity Run for St. Basils Charity (UK) – The run supported a charity helping young people find a home, grow confidence, develop skills, and prevent homelessness.
