Installation

Installing the Quark Publishing Platform NextGen Adapter for Microsoft Office is a straightforward process. The installation wizard will guide you through each step of the process. These adapters can either be installed using a standard installer that installs all the selected adapters in one go.

Before you begin to install the Quark Publishing Platform NextGen Adapter for Microsoft Office, be certain that all required software including Microsoft Office have already been installed. Also, run Office Updates at Microsoft.com to ensure the latest version is installed. Close all running instances of Microsoft Office.

Standard Installation

To install Quark Publishing Platform NextGen Adapter for Microsoft Office using the Windows installer:

  • From the installation media, double-click the setup.exe file and follow the instructions on the screen. Quark Publishing Platform NextGen Adapter for Microsoft Office have been successfully installed.
