If you have a perpetual QuarkXPress license with no current maintenance & support, then you can choose to purchase one at any time. When you buy an annual maintenance & support contract you are automatically entitled to the latest version of QuarkXPress and any other releases during your annual contract term.
All customers can access our Knowledge Base, which provides an extensive library of articles and user community chats tracing back several years. We recommend searching the Knowledge Base as there may be useful threads on there for multiple versions of QuarkXPress.
