Getting Started: Log in

Steps to Log in to Content Access Portal to access the portal:

  • Enter the following URL in your browser to log in.


  • Enter your work email address and initial password.

  • Click Remember Me check box to stay logged in for up to 60 days.

  • Click the Login button.

  • We support Single Sign-On.

  • If SSO is supported at your organization, please click Single Sign-On.

  • Click Forgot Password to reset your password.



    If the user select SSO login then they are navigated to the SSO login page as follows

    Next is authentication if cookies/browser session is not alive.


Two-factor Authentication (TFA)

Users can set-up Two-Factor Authentication by configuring it. In order to set up for the first time follow the steps below.


Steps to set-up TFA:


  • Click the Profile icon and select the Account Overview.

  • Click on Update Your Information button.

  • Check Enable Two-factor Authentication.

  • Scan QR code from the device where Authenticator is installed.

  • Enter the Password and TFA code, click Update button.
