Analytics

Analytics allows users to view the reports, only admins have access to various reports. Admins have access to in-depth analytics of organizations from users to documents. They can view the total documents, content uploaded by, content type, etc.

 

  • The analytics can be filtered by Date by, Content type, Uploaded by.

 

 

 

  • Admin can view various reports like Content, Team Reports, Content Engagement, Revenue, and Others.

 

 

 

Now, let us have a detailed look at each analytic in the content access portal. For every menu the filters changes.

Content

Inventory: This section demonstrates theinsights for Content growth (how content is being trained inside the organization), Total Content, Content Uploaded By (users), and Content Types.

Filters: Date Uploaded, Content-Type, Uploaded By

 

Audit: This section shows theinsights for the audit of the content. Users can view the Content Uploaded By Date (Quarters), Uploaded By (users), and Content Name.

The audit of the content represents the performance of the content.

Filters: Date Uploaded, Content-Type, Uploaded By, Recommended By.

 

 

Duplicate documents: This section shows theinsights for duplicated documents. As the documents are uploaded by various repositories, there will be lots of duplication. Users can view the Duplicated Detected, Duplicated By Source, List of Duplicated documents.

Filters: Date Uploaded, Content Type, Uploaded Source.

 

 

Team Reports

Adoption: This section shows the insights for Active users in your Organization, User Count, User Count (30, 90 days), User Status, and, Active Users per group.

Filters: Date, Group.

Activity: The activity section shows the different activities performed by the user, no. of searches, views, opens, downloads, shares, and clips. Number of Activities per month, Activity by the user, Activity by Content, Activity by Group.

Filters: Date, Group, User, Content Type, Activity.

 

Search: This section shows the analytics of the Keywords that are widely used in the organization. Keywords with ranking, Search data, and, breakdown (keyword searched by users and date).

Filters: Date, Group, User

 

Audit: This section shows the insights for the audit report of groups and users. Several shares, views, and scores.

Click each user then you can view the Activity of the user.

Filters: Date, Content Type

Content Engagement

Internal Views: This section shows the insights for internal views of the document based on the Views by Content (views, viewers, views per person (average of views)), View by group, trends for views.

Filters: Date, Group.

 

 

 

 

 

Share: This section shows the insights for the shares. The number of shares, no. of users shared the document, shares per person(average), shares by group, shares by delivery option (link generated by different delivery option).

Filters: Date, Group.

External Views: This section shows the insights for external views based on views by location, engagement, engagement by the sender, engagement by content (views and shares).

Views by location: when you share any link to an external user then the demographic location and distinct location are shown.

Filters: Date, User, Content Type.

 

 

 

 

Revenue

Outcome: This section shows the insights for outcomes based on salesforce. User opportunities, Creator Revenue (active, won, value), Sales Funnel, Revenue by Closed Date, Content Revenue, Group Revenue.

In contract: The deal is active

Won: Won the deal

Value: Revenue generated

Closed Won: The deal closed and won

Lost: The deal lost

Filters: Closed Date, Group.

Others

Processing:Any data that comes into the system, the insights of that data is shown here. Graph of the document type and source, details of the recently inserted files.

If a document is failed in processing, you can retry until it is a success. Until, the document is a success (yes) then only you can view the document inside the system.

Users can edit, share and download the page.
