Add Content

There are two ways to manually add content to content access system, either by browsing the file and upload it to the website or use the content aggregation functionality of the content access portal where it allows you to sync your document from multiple repositories like Box, Salesforce, Dropbox, google drive, etc.

  • Click the + icon menu to add content to the portal.

  • Here, user can upload files manually



  • The second method is to select any repository and configure it to your organization and sync your preferences.

  • Users have to configure any of the repositories and select the file types that they want to include.




  • Sync the file types you want to use or select sync all file types.


    Documents in box or repository have metadata attributes associated with them. Those attributes can be sync'd/configured as filters inside the content access portal which later helps in searching the content.
