Mike Hale

Executive Vice President, Business Operations

Mike Hale is executive vice president of business operations, responsible for integrated, global strategic and transformation initiatives including legal, human resources, business development and IT.

Mike also serves as vice president of operations for Parallax Capital Partners, the private equity firm that owns Quark, where he has held key management positions with several companies within the Parallax portfolio.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich.
