Justin Miller

Chief Information Officer

Justin Miller is chief information officer, responsible for all aspects of information technology and sales operations.

An accomplished IT professional with nearly two decades of experience, he has a strong focus on information security and enterprise architecture.

Justin also is an associate with Parallax Capital Partners, the private equity firm that owns Quark, where he serves on the investment committee, performs financial modeling and tech stack evaluation as part of due diligence, and provides operational and IT support to various companies within the Parallax portfolio.

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Northern University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
