Andrea Wood

Vice President, Finance

Andrea Wood is Vice President of Finance, responsible for global operational finance, financial planning and reporting.

She has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting.

Prior to Quark, Andrea was a finance manager for another software company and controller at a private equity firm. She is also a certified public accountant and worked as an audit manager with a focus on nonprofit organizations and colleges and universities.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich.
