This section describes free English-language support options for individual or corporate desktop customers with registered copies of the current version of QuarkXPress®, or QuarkXPress Passport®. This free support is available by phone or e-mail.

E-mail technical support

Registered customers of the current version of QuarkXPress can access free English-language technical support by e-mail. You can send questions or issues to technical support at any time. Typical response time is within 24 hours. We offer a convenient online e-mail support form for registered users to submit issues.

Phone technical support

Registered customers of the current version of QuarkXPress can access free English-language technical support by telephone. In the Americas, call technical support directly at 800.676.4575. Customers in Australia can call technical support directly at 1 800.670.973 (toll-free) and New Zealand customers at 0800.45.973 (toll-free).

Requirements and restrictions

To qualify for free English-language technical support, you must:

  • Be a registered user of the current version of QuarkXPress

The following topics are not covered by free English-language technical support:

  • Third-party XTensions® modules
  • AppleScript®
  • Problems with DTDs when using avenue.quark®
