Potential downloading problems

This page describes four common problems you may encounter while downloading.

One of our servers is busy or down

If the server you selected is busy or off-line, the system will return a message indicating that there’s a problem. When this occurs, return to the Downloads page and choose a different server.

Slow connection

Download times are affected by a number of factors — most importantly, the size of the file and the volume of traffic moving across the network. If a download seems to be taking too long, please be patient. Depending on the operating system and browser installed on your computer, your system may display a download status window during the download process that indicates the amount of time remaining until the process is complete.

Search criteria returns no files

As a result of your search, you may receive this message: “There were no files found matching your request.” Double check the search criteria you entered to make sure it’s accurate, and search again if necessary. It is possible that there are no downloadable files of the specific type you’re looking for.

“Page not found”

If you receive this error message after choosing a download server, it means that the link to that server is broken. Try another server option and please tell our Webmaster about the problem.
