The following information applies to desktop software purchased directly from Quark customer service. For information about purchasing Quark® products through an independent retailer, contact the retailer’s customer service group for payment, shipping, and return information.

Quark accepts the following forms of payment. We offer a 5% discount when you use a pre-paid option (credit card, check, or wire transfer).
We accept the following credit cards. We do not accept debit cards.
Please note that when you purchase products and upgrades directly from Quark and pay with a credit card, the order is immediately filled and shipped. Therefore, if you need to cancel a credit card order, please do so as soon as possible. See also Cancelling an Order and Returns.
Refunds applied to credit cards are not posted by your credit card company instantaneously. The refund may not appear on your statement until 30 – 60 days following the transaction.
If you’re paying with a check (U.S. funds only), we will not ship your order until payment clears. Your address and order number must appear on the check.
