Cancelling an order with Quark

If you have ordered Quark® products through our QuarkStore or customer service and subsequently decide to cancel your order, you must fax or e-mail us as soon as possible. Please follow the instructions below.

Faxing a cancellation

• Compose your cancellation letter on your corporate letterhead.
• Include the product order number and serial number in all correspondence.
• Fax the cancellation letter to 307.772.7123

E-mailing a cancellation

• The e-mail must be sent by the person who placed the order.
• Include the product order number and serial number in all correspondence.
• e-mail the cancellation request to cservice@quark.com

Grace period for cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to shipment from our distribution center.
• If you paid using a check or a purchase order, you usually have a few days to cancel between the time you place the order and when it actually ships.
• If you paid with a credit card, you may have to return the product instead of cancelling the order. We expedite all prepaid orders as a convenience, but this does limit the grace period for cancellations.
