Quark® products are covered by two warranties:
A 90-day warranty covers all media and materials, including disks and manuals. Hardware keys are covered for one year from date of purchase. If any of these items are damaged or defective, we will replace them during the warranty period at no charge. After the warranty period expires, exchanges or replacements are subject to replacement fees (see Product Replacements).
Quark desktop software products, including full-product versions and upgrades, are covered by our standard service warranty. This entitles a registered user to one free technical support session (by telephone*). In addition, registered users of the current version of QuarkXPress® can access free English-language technical support by telephone or e-mail.
There is no expiration date on our service warranty; as long as you are a registered user, you can receive your free technical support session at any time. To receive your free session call the number below.
You can purchase additional support plans through Quark customer service.
*Toll free within the United States and Canada. Long-distance charges may apply for other countries.
