Special pricing for non-profit organizations
Non-profit organizations recognized by either the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) may qualify for special pricing on QuarkXPress® and QuarkXPress Passport® software.
To request special non-profit pricing

- Have the following documentation ready
- Internal Revenue Service 501(c)(3) designation letter
- Sales tax exempt certificate (if applicable to your organization)

- Documents required by the CRA, and described on the CRA Web site at

Quark will provide a price quote.
Your order will not be processed until the documentation and payment detailed

Make checks payable to Quark Dist. Inc. A US $15 fee will be added to all checks returned due to insufficient funds. Returned check and NSF fees may be collected electronically through your bank. Checks must be drawn on a US or Canadian bank. All payments must be in US dollars.

shipping, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

A maximum of two products per year can be purchased
at the non-profit price.
- Submitting the required documentation does not guarantee that
you will receive non-profit pricing. We evaluate each request on an individual
basis.
- Once approved for the non-profit
price, you are eligible to purchase two copies of QuarkXPress
per year at the non-profit price.
- This offer is restricted to
facilities located in the United States and Canada, and products will be shipped
to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

A Quark product purchased at the non-profit price cannot
be resold or transferred. No refunds or returns are offered for
products purchased through the non-profit program. All sales are final.

purchase. Upgrades, trade-ups, and cross-grades must be purchased at the standard retail price.
