QuarkXPress Passport® software is a complete, fully-functioning version of QuarkXPress® that includes additional features for multilingual publishing. QuarkXPress Passport supports hyphenation and spell-checking for 23 languages:

Translated user interface — With a click of the mouse, you can display the user interface (commands such as Save and Print) in any of the following 11 languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (international and U.S.), French, German (including Reformed German), Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, Swedish, and Swiss-German, and Turkish.
