As a service bureau or print provider, it’s important that you always have the latest version of Quark® software to accommodate your customer's files. By joining QuarkAlliance™, you can keep current with the latest software, access first-line technical support, and more.
Keeping up with the multitude of software versions and features that customers are using is a never-ending task for an output provider, but through QuarkAlliance membership you receive the tools you need to keep current, qualify for the best discounts, and make sure your software runs smoothly.
Application requirements
To become a QuarkAlliance recognized output provider, you must submit the following:
- A copy of your Yellow Pages listing, your Web site address, or your company brochure
- Either proof of ownership of or a copy of your lease agreement covering an imagesetter, high-speed copier, proofing device, or press
- A completed QuarkAlliance U.S. or World application
- A signed Quark global non-disclosure agreement

QuarkAlliance community members have an easy no-maintenance relationship with Quark. As a QuarkAlliance member, you will benefit from a recognized-member listing on our Web site and in our XTensions® and QuarkAlliance Member Directory.

Qualified members also receive invitations to software beta testing or beta-output testing. The QuarkAlliance authorized partner program is the enrollment level for organizations that want a higher level of exposure — both to Quark internally and to customers. As a partner, you can use the Quark-authorized partner logo in your marketing collateral and on your Web site. You will also benefit from co-marketing opportunities and a shared booth presence at trade shows when available.

- Co-op marketing invitations are extended to our authorized partners throughout the enrollment period that provide you an opportunity to extend your messaging to Quark’s customers world wide
- Escalated technical support or quality assurance testing incidents will keep your development and projects on time and on target
