Quark Announces its Support of the Digital Magazine Awards 2010 as Platinum Sponsor
LONDON - 8/26/2010 - Quark announced today that it is sponsoring the Digital Magazine Awards 2010, a global awards initiative to showcase the best digital magazines and recognize the most influential people in digital publishing today.
Quark recently announced its Digital Publishing 2.0 strategy and plans for a number of solutions for publishing to digital devices. These include partnerships with K-NFB and Baker & Taylor that will see design-rich publishing direct from QuarkXPress to the Blio Reader, a new reading technology that will be available on a wide range of digital reading devices in 2010.

About the Digital Magazine Awards 2010
The Digital Magazine Awards 2010 are international awards celebrating the best of the digital publishing industry with categories ranging from Fashion, Lifestyle and News & Business Magazine of the Year to individual awards for Editor, Designer and Writer of the Year. Entry cost is £25 per category entered. Award winners will be announced on October 27, 2010.
Lead Judges for the awards include Microsoft’s Executive Producer, Peter Bale; WIRED Magazine’s Editor, David Rowan and Telegraph Media Group’s, Head of Technology, Shane Richmond. As a platinum sponsor, Quark will present each category winner at the Awards with a publishing design package.
